Delivery Policy

mycollectableshop does not provide compensation for late deliveries by the postal systems we use. Compensation will not be provided for time taken off work collected from a postal collection point should you not be available to receive the goods.

If, for any reason, your order is returned to us mycollectablesop will inform you as an email when we receive the item. We will offer to re-post at your expense or refund as per our refund policy, no refunds on postage.

Standard Delivery                 £5.99

Motorcycles and Scooters can be delivered to the mainland when fully paid on the website. Admin charge is £5.99, auto charged.
Please email for the cost of delivery availability as some areas are not covered further than 50 mile radius from the mainland ferry ports and into Charge Zones.
All delivery costs are chargeable and paid in full prior to despatch.

Package and post, twice weekly.

mycollectableshop do not operate on bank holidays. Orders received on bank holidays will be despatched as soon as we process usually on the next working day, as per the delivery above.

Our post is handled by Royal mail and Parcel Force. 


We allow postal delivery to work addresses, but it is important that you ensure someone is available to accept and sign for the parcel on your behalf.

The courier is always responsible for delivery to the address, not the named recipient. All couriers and Royal Mail consider a parcel as delivered once a signature is taken at the address on the parcel.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is at the delivery address, or to obtain the delivered parcel from the signatory.

Sometimes parcels may not arrive within the agreed timescale or could be lost. Under these circumstances we will contact the delivery company.

However, we are unable to refund or replace a purchase until this investigation has been resolved or concluded, no earlier than 21 days from the initial start of the investigation.

Should tracking information state delivery of your parcel but you have not received it, we will launch an investigation with the delivery company. In the meantime, please check your property thoroughly as it may have been left somewhere discreet. Check with your neighbours too.

It is your responsibility to contact us if your goods are not delivered. We give you a reasonable time frame of 7 days to inform us and make us aware. After that time frame we will not respond to late deliveries.
