Incredible 1899 Book.
Inscribed as being purchased from a Bazaar in Rome (See Photo’s) If it has been stored there in a dry climate for many years, that would explain the amazing condition.
Most of these are available as reprints so this particular fabulous book is very rare.
Used book in good condition with signs of use and aging. Binding good, marked on front- tatty at spine edges. Photos show cover to be red, it is more burgundy. Lightening the images shows more of the imperfections for full description. Has been written in, inside front cover in biro/pencil.
